Jennifer inherited a green thumb from her mother and a lucky last name from her father. She has been growing things all her life: peas at age seven, roses at twelve, blueberries at fifteen and babies at twenty-five. Dahlias are her latest obsession.
Rusty grew up in Texas and has a Wildlife degree from Texas A&M. He is the backbone of the farm and spends his days turning Jennifer's dreams into reality (when he isn't teaching high school.) He is happiest outdoors, fishing, hiking, tying his own flies, building canoes and lately, driving a tractor and fixing anything that breaks.
We've moved! Our new farm is on Lower Trackrock Road, south of Blairsville. The farm store will be finished in late spring, so you can stop by for a cherry cream soda and say hello!
We grow over 70 varieties of annuals and perennials and 50 colors of dahlias.
Fresh dahlias, cut and delivered quickly for the longest vase life.
Find us at the market, whipping up bouquets on the spot! It's our crowd-attracting sideshow. Good thing there are plenty of food vendors since we are starving by lunch time.
We believe in sustainable growing practices. Who wants their kids and pets to run through a field of flowers covered in pesticide? Not us! We even fertilize with an organic fish hydrolysate produced locally from mountain trout.
Call, email, visit the farm store (April through October) or stop by the Union County Farmers Market to pick up a bright bouquet or to chat about our wholesale delivery for florists.
Florists and designers! Sign up to hear about what's blooming, what's coming and events.
